Kate Gordon Maynard

Kate serves as Robinson Bradshaw's general counsel. She advises the firm on legal issues including ethics and professional responsibility, conflicts of interest, risk management and compliance, and privacy and cybersecurity. Kate provides training to the firm's attorneys and staff regarding these topics, and she speaks at seminars and programs for clients and the bar.
Kate is an experienced litigator, with past work on behalf of clients in complex commercial disputes, corporate governance disputes, governmental investigations and financial services litigation. She also has experience representing landowners in eminent domain cases, including successful jury awards in condemnation cases.
Kate is accredited through the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US) and Europe (CIPP/E) and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
